AI & automation consultancy

Stop doing work your software should be doing.

Glasir finds the manual work eating your week: the re-typing, the chasing, the Friday-night quoting. We automate it, and then we show you what it saved. No pilot purgatory, no AI theater.

The math

Seventeen hours a week, in one shop.

This is a composite of what we find in a typical 15–25 person service company. Nothing here is exotic. It’s all work that software has been able to do for years, and nobody ever wired it together.

Custom AI

AI that reads your files, not a press release.

Everything below is grounded in your own documents and answers with a citation you can go and check. If it doesn’t know something, it says so instead of guessing.

Answer from your own files
A knowledge base over your SOPs, contracts, and past performance library. Ask it a question, get the answer and the page it came from.
Draft the proposal
Pull the boilerplate, past performance, and pricing structure into a first draft. Your team edits instead of starting from a blank page.
Read the documents
Extract line items from supplier invoices, terms from contracts, or scope from an RFP. Structured data out, exceptions flagged for a human.
Sit in the meeting
Summaries, decisions, and action items pushed to the CRM before anyone gets back to their desk.

Glasir CRM

One place for the lead, the quote, the invoice, and the money.

Most shops run four tools that don’t talk, plus a spreadsheet holding it together. Glasir CRM is what we built when we got tired of stitching that together for every client.

How we work

We ship something real before you’re asked to trust us.

The order matters. Most AI projects die in the assessment phase because nothing ever gets built. We build the first thing while the strategy work is still warm.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes. We ask where the week goes and what breaks, and you do most of the talking. Afterward you get a written summary of what we heard, free, whether or not we work together.

    30 minutes

  2. 02

    Process map & business case

We shadow the real workflow, count the hours, and price the fix. You get a ranked backlog with an honest ROI number next to each item, including the ones we tell you not to do.

    1–2 weeks

  3. 03

    Build the first win

We ship the highest-return workflow first, in weeks, not quarters. It runs in production against your real data before we scope anything else.

    2–6 weeks

  4. 04

    Measure, then expand

We report what it actually saved against the number we promised. Then we either do the next one or hand you the keys and the documentation.

    Ongoing

Before you commit

You’ll see exactly what we’d build before you spend a dollar.

No mystery scope, no trust-us pricing. The first call ends with a concrete plan you could hand to any firm — ours or someone else’s.

What the first conversation gets you

We walk through your actual workflow and show you the architecture we’d build for it, on real tools, with the hours and the payback written down. You decide with numbers in front of you.

  • A written business case, with real numbers, before you sign anything
  • The exact workflow architecture we’d build, walked through on the call
  • A first engagement priced so a single win pays for it

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Is this going to replace my people?

No. It replaces the copy-paste. Every shop we talk to is short-handed rather than overstaffed, so the goal is that your office manager stops re-typing job sheets into QuickBooks and starts chasing the $40k in aging receivables nobody has time to call about. If your plan is to cut headcount, we’re probably the wrong firm.

Our data is a mess. Do we need to clean it up first?

No, and if anyone tells you otherwise they’re selling you a data project. Messy data is the normal starting condition. We work with what’s there, fix what the automation actually depends on, and leave the rest alone until it matters.

How much does this cost?

An AI readiness assessment runs $4,500–$9,000 as a fixed fee. Most first automation builds land between $6,000 and $40,000 depending on scope. Custom AI systems run $15,000–$75,000. Ongoing support is $2,500–$12,000 a month. We give you a number before you commit, not after.

How fast do we see something working?

The first workflow is usually in production 2–6 weeks after we start. We deliberately pick the fastest real win first so you can judge us on shipped work instead of a slide deck.

What if we already have a CRM?

Then keep it. We automate around HubSpot, Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Salesforce all the time. Glasir CRM exists for shops that want the whole thing in one place, but it isn’t a requirement for working with us, and we’ll tell you when switching isn’t worth the disruption.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The workflows run in your accounts, on your infrastructure, under your credentials. We document everything and we’ll train your team to maintain it. No hostage-taking.

Do you work with government contractors?

Yes. We design around the data boundary first: what can and can’t go to a public model, where it lives, and who can reach it. From there we build to NIST 800-171 and CMMC expectations. See the government and enterprise page for how that engagement differs.

Let’s find the work worth automating.

A 30-minute discovery call. We map where your time actually goes and tell you what’s worth automating, and what isn’t. No deck, no pressure. You leave with a written summary either way.
